Emergencies.

It is always a good feeling to know whom to call in case of an emergency, no matter which country you stay in.

For large-scale emergencies – and especially if you do not speak Czech – call 112.

It is the general emergency line throughout Europe and can be dialed from every telephone including mobile phones. The call is traced back via caller-ID so that you can be located within a 200 meter radius. Nonetheless, do not forget to communicate your standpoint, since GSM-locating can fail at times.

Police.
