Fitness.

The majority of fitness centers in Prague host an arsenal of the popular and modern fitness machines from treadmills, steppers to cross-trainers; so you will have no excuses for not having toned abs and gluts.

Some of the bigger fitness centers also have swimming pools, Spinning studios, Yoga, Power-Plate, aerobic and dance studios, free weight areas, Pilates and personal trainers to help you achieve your goals quicker and more efficiently. Like in any capital city you will also see many joggers and inline skaters especially around the central park area, usually at the time you’re eating something calorific, however; the smog is a factor that needs consideration in Prague; on a clear day it is the perfect way to get fit, but on a bad day you may want to reconsider.

An important factor that we shouldn’t forget is that this is a very compact city, therefore, instead of the gym, ditch the car, taxi, bus or metro and walk or cycle around this magnificent city instead!
